Return & Exchange Policy

At AURIE, every piece is carefully inspected and packed with intention before dispatch. Due to the delicate and personal nature of jewellery, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.


1) Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Product Only)

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged product
• You received an incorrect product

To raise a claim:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share a clear unboxing video (starting before opening the package)
• Include your order number and clear product images

Important: Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

If approved:

• A replacement will be shipped (subject to stock availability)
• If the item is unavailable, a refund to the original payment method will be processed

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.


2) No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind / personal preference
• Slight variation in colour due to lighting or screen settings
• Delays caused by courier partners

Please review product images and descriptions carefully before ordering.


3) Exchanges

At present, we do not offer exchanges for size, design, or preference changes.


4) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings
• Items purchased on sale or promotional offers
• Limited edition drops
• Gift packaging


5) Condition Requirements (For Approved Claims Only)

Returned products must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in original AURIE packaging
• Have no signs of perfume, scratches, stains, or damage

Items failing quality inspection will not be accepted.


6) Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
